Special 'Azrael: Agent of the Bat #47/Batman: Shadow of the Bat (1992) #80' 2-in-1 flip book.
Batman recruits Azrael to go to Washington to protect a pro-Gotham senator, Ed Halivan. Unfortunately a new evil rises from the mist in the form of Nicholas Scratch, a previous nerd astronomer, turned rock-star/genius/all round bad guy. Scratch is apparently anti-Gotham and is set on killing Halivan at his rock concert – but Azrael is there to save him. The story ends a little abruptly, but then is continued in the backside of this “flipbook” with Shadow of the Bat #80… |
